Our team are constantly working on ways in which they can become more qualified and thus more informed to be the best caregivers to your children. As a nursery we encourage all staff members to attend as many training opportunities in order to allow our setting to flourish.
In June 2022, our newest staff members all attended a first aid training morning, which means that all members of staff have received their First Aid Training Certificate. This training is invaluable and therefore our aim is to make sure all staff members are all first aid trained.

Our Key Person system allows us to provide personal and meaningful experiences for your child. They are responsible for getting to know you and your child and for ensuring that all of your child’s needs are met whilst in our care.
Our experience shows that sometimes it’s the tiny details that can make all the different to a child’s time with us. Whether its a favourite story, a particular furry teddy or a nickname that they like us to use, we take the time to work with you to find out about the small things that really matter.
Working closely with you we will make sure that you are kept up to date and have daily feedback on your child’s development. By tracking and recording the development of your child online, we can ensure that no details are missed. Recording all the information to our software ‘Tapestry’, all parents can have regular access to their private account to see photos of their children during activity sessions and observations on their learning experiences.
I need to let you know that I think you are a truly amazing nursery. Words can’t express how happy the girls have been in your care and how happy I have been with absolutely everything you do!
